1. Are your all products chemical free and herbal?

- Yes, Bano Herbal products are completely natural and chemical free. We are proud to say that it is All Herbal and Paraben-free!

2. What is life of your products?

- Fresh batch of products are prepared after every 15 days. You can use oil based products up to 1 year and rest of all up to 4 months. 

3. What is delivery time of the requested order?

- Our products are dispatched through Leopards courier. It takes up to 4 - 5 working days for our customers to receive it. You will receive a message from Leopards courier 6 hours before the delivery.

4. What are delivery charges?

- Our shipping cost is only Rs 200/- You can avail free delivery on order of Rs. 2000/- and above. 

5. How much time products take to show results?

- Please note product usually takes 3-4 weeks to show results. Use products with consistency, also take care of your sleep patterns, diet, water intake and stress. You will have better skin within no time.

6. Where can I place my order? 

- You can place your order on website, Instagram and WhatsApp Business. 

7. How I can track my order? 

- Once you will receive text message from Leopards courier on your cellphone with a tracking code, you can track your parcel through Leopards website and WhatsApp Business as well. 

8. Do you offer cash on delivery?

- Yes, we do offer cash on delivery. 

9. Can I pay online in advance?

- Yes, you can pay online through bank or jazz cash. For details contact our customer support on Instagram or WhatsApp Business. 

10. Can I cancel my order?

- Yes, contact us and cancel your order within 12 hours before shipment. 

11. Where is your outlet?
